At Tab Trips, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
1. General Refund Policy
- Service Charges: Service charges are generally non-refundable.
- Upfront Discounts & Promo Codes: If you have received an upfront discount or used a promo code, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
2. Hotel Booking Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary based on the hotel's terms and conditions. Please check the specific policy for your booking before confirming.
a) Free Cancellation
- Some hotels allow free cancellation if canceled before a certain time prior to check-in.
- The refund will be processed as per the hotel’s cancellation policy.
b) Non-Refundable Bookings
- Some hotels offer discounted rates for non-refundable bookings.
- In such cases, no refund will be provided if you cancel your reservation.
c) Partial Refunds
- If the hotel charges a cancellation fee, the remaining amount after deducting the fee will be refunded.
- The cancellation fee depends on the hotel's policy and timing of cancellation.
3. No-Show Policy
- If you fail to check in on your booking date and do not cancel in advance, no refund will be provided.
- Some hotels may charge a full no-show fee, as per their policy.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
- Any transaction or payment gateway charges incurred during the booking may be non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed excluding such charges, if applicable.
5. Modifications & Early Check-Out
- Modifications: Changes to bookings (such as date modifications) are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
- Early Check-Out: If you check out before the booked departure date, refunds will depend on the hotel’s policy. Some hotels may charge for the full stay.
6. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
Refunds may not be provided in cases of natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will assist in rescheduling your booking wherever possible.
